Our Inspections Covers 

Our inspection and maintenance plans will deliver a complete service that includes a thorough check of the outdoor and indoor units.

Our outdoor unit inspection includes checking for the proper refrigerant charge, inspecting the electrical compartment and wiring connections, and performing combustion analysis to ensure safe CO levels.  For indoor units, we’ll check the blower motor, draft inducer, ignition system, safety control, and more. Furthermore, our planned maintenance inspections include checking the condition of your unit while it is operating so that we can monitor your unit’s overall performance and avoid any issues that may be lurking.
